Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute change activities (IMACs), as well as the maintenance and enhancement of associated inventory, configuration management databases, and the testing and deployment of operating system and application releases
- Coordinate service recovery with internal and external service partners, and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate testing and validation with business users.
- Development of modules, support for conversion of data, job scheduling, unit/integration testing, business process documentation, development of training materials, and delivery of end user training.
- Gather requirements, design, configure, code, test and resolve issues in a development and production support environment.
- Hands-on experience with development.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development of custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
- Provide end user onsite support and client management for technology products and associated applications, as well as project implementation, change and incident management.
- Provide technical support to resolve incidents related to technology products, and interpret data, and perform troubleshooting/analysis to provide solutions.
- Strong knowledge of design techniques and data integration principles.
- Translate business requirements into configurations and interface specifications.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
Must Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with planning and executing a software platform.
- Knowledge of and experience with configuring, installing, and supporting the hardware and connectivity components of a user workstation.
