Key Responsibilities:
Our client, a federal government organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support a complex transformation and modernisation programme within an operational environment.
The successful resource will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to a programme team working across multiple stakeholders, initiatives, engagements, and project activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Records of Decision.
- Coordinate meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder events.
- Schedule events, prepare invitations, coordinate attendees and presenters, reserve meeting rooms, and greet participants.
- Draft professional communications, including emails, announcements, invitations, and related correspondence.
- Track project activities and action items using tools such as Microsoft Planner, Excel, and Miro.
- Make travel arrangements, including airline and accommodation bookings.
- Prepare supporting travel documentation and process travel claims.
- Support the programme team with general administrative activities as required.
- Help coordinate stakeholders and maintain organised records related to programme objectives and deliverables.
The assignment is expected to be performed on-site in Ottawa. Travel and overtime are not anticipated.
What you must bring to this role:- Must clearly demonstrate at least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years providing a broad range of administrative support services.
- Must clearly demonstrate at least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years using all of the following Microsoft 365 applications in a professional environment:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Planner
- Must hold a valid Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance.
- Must be able to work on-site at 285 Coventry Road in Ottawa.

Our client, a federal government organisation, is seeking experienced Senior Organizational Design Consultants to support a complex organisational transformation and modernisation programme.
The successful resources will provide organisational design, process development, process improvement, and process-engineering expertise. The work will focus on assessing existing administrative and operational processes, identifying efficiencies, designing and prototyping improvements, and supporting the implementation of new or modified organisational processes.
- Map existing operational and administrative processes.
- Review existing work processes and organisational structures.
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and structures.
- Identify process modifications that can increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and minimise duplication of effort.
- Design and implement enterprise-level business processes or solutions.
- Prototype potential solutions and analyse associated costs, risks, and options.
- Assist in developing procedures related to organisational design.
- Compile, assess, and communicate organisational design analysis.
- Provide advice to programme leads, senior officials, and senior leadership on developing and integrating new organisational models.
- Recommend modifications to existing organisational models and processes.
- Coordinate the implementation of organisational and process changes.
- Integrate sound information-management practices in accordance with applicable institutional policies and directives.
- Support improved data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Perform other organisational design and process-engineering activities as required.

What you must bring to this role:- Must clearly demonstrate at least 4 years of experience within the last 7 years in organisational design and/or process engineering.
- The required experience may have been acquired through one or more projects or appointments.
- The resume must demonstrate the breadth and complexity of the organisational design or process-engineering activities performed.
- Must have experience acquired within the last 4 years designing and implementing at least one enterprise-level business process or solution.
- The enterprise-level example must clearly describe:
- The business process or solution designed and implemented
- The resource’s individual responsibilities and contributions
- The impact or outcome of the implementation
- The size of the enterprise or the approximate number of people affected
- Must possess advanced English-language communication skills, including oral communication, written communication, and comprehension.
- Must hold a valid Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance.
- Must be able to work on-site at 285 Coventry Road in Ottawa.
- Must provide two professional references who can verify the experience presented in the resume.
- Must be available to participate in an interview as part of the evaluation process.
