Mandatory Skills
12+ years of strong PeopleSoft HCM experience.
Deep expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and HR Service Delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface (CI), SQR, Application Packages, Process Scheduler, and Fluid UI.
Strong experience with MuleSoft integrations connecting PeopleSoft with HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party SaaS systems.
Hands-on Workday HCM integration experience, including data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and Workday Web Services.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft–Workday hybrid environments.
Strong experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, SFTP, API security, and third-party integrations.
Strong Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, performance tuning, AE tuning, trace analysis, and database optimization skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, retrofit activities, and CI-based data loads.
Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
Exposure to Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Services.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with onsite teams and business stakeholders.
