Clinical Instructor – Practical Nursing Program Regina

Responsibilities: To provide practical, theoretical and clinical instruction of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Practical Nursing program to adult Practical Nursing students on Unit 6F -Medicine at the Regina General Hospital. Instructor will provide program support for adult students in the areas of long term and acute care settings. Ensure the planning and delivery of nursing skills courses and instructional assistance with labs. Attend scheduled meetings and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a Degree in Nursing. Eligible for registration (active status) with the CRNS and have up to date TLR, First Aid/CPR etc., subject to approval by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The instructor will have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Two (2) years of recent acute care experience would be considered an asset. Flexibility and the ability to work with people from various equity groups is required.
Clinical dates: November 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 December 1, 2, and 3.
Remuneration: GDI Faculty 2 salary grid
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
Term: November 2, 2026 to December 3, 2026
