Role: Full Stack Developer

Rate: CAD55/hr - CAD65/hr
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6-8 years of experience to support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and enterprise-level platform development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and maintaining both frontend and backend solutions, performing bug fixes, implementing new features, and providing technical support to development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Perform code maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Implement application enhancements and new functionality based on business requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA, and product teams.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of overall software development experience.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong expertise in frontend development using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and application support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
