Bilingual Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate (Recruiter)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Contract (September 28, 2026 – December 23, 2026)
Pay Rate: CAD $ 40/hr on T4
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for corporate roles
- Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple requisitions
- Review and assess large volumes of applications to identify qualified candidates efficiently
- Conduct virtual screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability against role requirements
- Source and engage active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide candidate updates
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and data integrity standards
- Utilize Workday, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve hiring outcomes and recruiter efficiency
- Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within professional services, financial services, or banking environments
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian talent market, including Quebec
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and coordinated hiring campaigns
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
- Experience conducting screening interviews and evaluating candidate fit
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using Workday and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on compliance, process adherence, and data accuracy
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Experience recruiting for corporate and professional services roles
- Knowledge of AI-powered recruiting tools and recruitment technologies
- Experience with high-volume hiring initiatives
- Background supporting talent acquisition projects within large organizations
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Bilingual (English/French) candidates are preferred; however, strong English-speaking candidates will also be considered.
- This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance 2-3 days per week in downtown Toronto.
- Candidates must be available to start on or around September 28, 2026.
- Ability to interview on short notice and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment is required.
- Contract may have potential for extension based on business needs.
