What is in it for you:

Responsibilities:
- Support the effective operation of mail distribution centres serving head office and key locations across Canada.
- Manage outgoing advisor mail accurately and efficiently.
- Distribute advisor mail to advisors and resource centres across Canada.
- Ensure service standards and processing deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Provide customer service and operational support to advisors.
- Receive, open when applicable, sort, and deliver incoming mail, production output, and courier shipments to business units.
- Prepare, sort, and ship outgoing mail and courier items.
- Perform final processing of troubleshooting mail.
- Process inbound bulk mail, daily statistics, and workflow activities.
- Process printouts and records, including film fiche records.
- Process mail using mail processing equipment.
- Work with various business units to complete customer and client requests.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, provide information, and address complaints.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records related to office and business activities.
- Compute, record, and proofread data, records, and reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Sort cheques, maintain payroll records, take inventory, and distribute mail.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, courier, or mail services experience.
- Experience with scanning.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong computer skills with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lb.
