Location: Hybrid (Toronto - 250 Yonge St. | 1x/week to 1x/month on-site)
Compensation: $30-$34/hr (T4) | $38-$40/hr (Incorporated)

Looking to leverage your asset servicing expertise? I am hiring an Entitlements Specialist for a 12-month contract with a top-tier bank in Toronto.
This is a high-volume, transaction-heavy role where you will determine and deliver the cash or securities eligible holders are due to receive from corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process corporate action entitlements, focusing on dividends, maturities, and interest rates.
- Perform heavy transaction processing and complex cash balancing.
- Manage daily reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the bank's records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in entitlement payments directly with clients or through escalation channels.
Must-Haves:
- 2-3 years of specialized experience in Corporate Action Entitlements processing.
- Hands-on experience using Broadridge.
- Advanced Excel skills for high-volume data analysis and reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy transaction volumes with pinpoint accuracy.
- Background at institutions like State Street or TD Bank is a strong asset.
