Role: Supply Chain Project Manager (Energy Domain)

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the allocated supply chain projects including developing scope, defining resources, budgeting, incentivizing success, and ensuring project completion.
The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.
- Execute end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
- Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success.
- Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.
- Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Recognized certification in Project Management is required. Enrollment in certification program, where minimum criteria is satisfied.
- Knowledgeable in project management software and systems.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Good understanding of aerospace methods of manufacture.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment, managing complex projects in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to provide functional managers with their team member’s strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
