Are you passionate about Agile delivery and driving high-performing teams to success? We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead complex initiatives, facilitate Agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
What You'll Do
✅ Lead Agile initiatives from project kickoff through release and deployment
✅ Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and team ceremonies
✅ Remove delivery impediments and manage dependencies to ensure project success
✅ Drive stakeholder engagement, governance activities, and risk management processes
✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status, progress, and outcomes
✅ Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ 4-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager
✔ 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, or business analysis environments
✔ Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
