JOB DESCRIPTION
The Contracts Specialist - Insurance P&C oversees the administration of insurance and/or reinsurance accounts and contracts, from establishing and maintaining contractual data, processing the insurance and/or reinsurance account bookings, claims handling and manage the related cash flow. He/she also supports the underwriters in administrative activities related to the underwriting process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in re-insurance accounting - Specifically needs experience in P&C (property and casualty) rather than L&H (life and health) - Accounting knowledge and experience - ie. reconciliations and/or bookkeeping - Advanced MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel, Power Query)
