Director of Finance
Our client is seeking a Director of Finance to join their growing organization. This newly created role will work closely with the CFO and provide senior-level oversight to the accounting function, while focusing heavily on financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with the numbers and partnering with leadership, without being tied to the day-to-day transactional accounting.
The organization is also pursuing further acquisitions, giving this role the opportunity to play an important part in acquisition integration, evolving financial reporting processes, and ultimately supporting consolidated reporting as the business grows. The ideal candidate will bring a CPA designation, 5+ years of progressive finance experience, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and experience with ASPE.
