The Logistics Coordinator designs and delivers impactful events that bring sustainability to life through education, collaboration, and community engagement.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and execute workshops, panels, and social events focused on environmental, social, and economic sustainability

Collaborate with other clubs and services to create cross-functional initiatives
-
Lead the Events sub-team by delegating tasks and managing logistics
-
Ensure all events align with CUS policies and the club’s mission
Your Qualities

Strong project management and execution skills
-
Confident communicator and decision-maker
-
Creative and open to new ideas
-
Previous event planning experience is an asset
-
Ideal candidate has case competition experience

Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
May increase close to major event periods
