The Visual Media Coordinator captures and edits photo and video content that showcases the CUS Fashion and Retail Associationâs events, campaigns, partnerships, and community. Working closely with the VP Marketing team, this role helps translate the clubâs brand into engaging visual stories across social media and other digital platforms.

Time Commitment4-6 Hours/Week
Main Responsibilities
- Photograph and film club events, initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Select and edit event photos for social media, newsletters, and future promotions
- Collaborate with the VP Marketing team to plan shot lists and visual concepts
- Support the creation of original fashion- and retail-focused content
- Organize and maintain shared photo and video files for future use
- Ensure visual content follows the club’s brand identity and is delivered by established deadlines
- Assist with event recaps, behind-the-scenes content, and live coverage when required
Qualifications
- Experience with photography, videography, or short-form content creation
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Interest in fashion, retail, branding, and social media trends
- Reliable and available to attend club events when required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Access to a camera is an asset but not required
