Administrative Assistant 1
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (Hybrid)
Pay: $23.00 Hourly
Role Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on space and hardware management, with some executive assistant tasks such as time management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. The position supports a team focused on a major communication and collaboration platform, specifically its calling, meeting, and device integration features.
Typical Day in the Role
Support executive leadership through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense management, and event logistics. Partner closely with business administrators, chiefs of staff, and leadership teams to ensure priorities are executed efficiently. Coordinate communications, maintain organizational information, manage special projects, and provide administrative support for team meetings, morale events, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team space and hardware inventory.
- Assist with time management and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications.
- Process and manage expense reports.
- Support administrative tasks for key projects.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative, customer service, operations, or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Previous experience in space and hardware management.
