About The Opportunity
Join a B2C Digital Experience team supporting Uniprix and Proxim pharmacy customers across a web application platform, iOS mobile application, and Android mobile application. You will design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile, working within a multidisciplinary in-house Agile team of 19 professionals to establish graphic consistency and a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps that enhance user engagement.
- Graphic Consistency: Develop and implement design guidelines to ensure graphic coherence across applications and the website, maintaining a unified brand identity.
- User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions that improve user satisfaction and functionality.
- Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to integrate design elements into functional solutions.
- Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure digital products remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance the user experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to create consistent and cohesive design systems across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
