Role: Business Analyst (Fixed Income)
Location: Mississauga, ON (remote until Dec/Hybrid)
Duration; Contract to hire
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Lead Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, drive requirements, and support high-impact technology initiatives.
6–10 years of business analysis/IT experience.
Strong Fixed Income domain experience.
Experience with NAM regulatory reporting, including CFTC/CAD and SEC.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience integrating or working with AI tools for business purposes is a plus.
