Responsibilities
Lead commercial electrical estimating, including preparing bids and proposals for tenant improvement and landlord improvement projects, reviewing project documents, and identifying risks and cost issues. Improve estimating workflows and tools, apply technology and AI, compare estimates with actual project performance, and collaborate with customers and project teams while mentoring less-experienced staff.
Requirements
Requires 10 or more years of commercial electrical construction experience, strong commercial tenant improvement experience, and a proven record estimating commercial electrical projects. Candidates should understand electrical drawings, specifications, materials, labor, and costs, and bring strong communication, customer relationship, analytical, organizational, technology, ownership, and leadership skills.
