Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead complex Agile initiatives from planning through release. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive delivery excellence, manage risks, dependencies, governance activities, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring successful business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of Scrum Master/Delivery Management experience
- 5+ years in software development, project management, or business analysis
- Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agile practices such as User Stories, Burndown Charts, ATDD, Continuous Testing, and Agile frameworks.
