Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience supporting pricing, lending, or financial services applications
- Strong knowledge of Jira and project tracking tools
- Experience handling change requests
- Ability to gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder discussions
- Understanding of software development, networking, and technology concepts
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience managing change requests and vendor coordination
- Understanding of upstream/downstream system integrations
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support technology project delivery and change initiatives within an Agile environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, manage change requests, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and change requests from initiation through closure
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Create and maintain user stories and project documentation
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and vendors
- Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Support Agile delivery processes and Jira backlog management
