JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a creative, social-first Content Creator responsible for developing engaging content from concept through publication across digital and social media channels. This individual will act as an on-camera brand ambassador while creating video, photo, and written content that supports brand awareness, community engagement, and marketing initiatives across British Columbia.
Day-to-Day:
- Create social-first content for BCAA digital channels
- Film and edit short-form and long-form content
- Serve as an on-camera spokesperson and storyteller for the brand
- Capture content at events, activations, service locations, and community initiatives
- Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for timely content
- Partner with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders
- Track content performance and recommend improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Production
- Proven experience creating content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience owning the full content lifecycle:
- Ideation
- Scripting
- Filming
- Editing
- Publishing
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Creative Suite
- CapCut
- After Effects
- Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand representative
- Experience analyzing content performance metrics and optimizing future content
- Strong storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout BC
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience growing social media channels or creator brands
- Photography, graphic design, or motion graphics experience
- Influencer, creator, or brand ambassador experience
- Acting, hosting, public speaking, or improv background
- Experience creating lifestyle, automotive, travel, membership, or community-focused content
