This is net new role, and the successful candidates will be hired into an new position.
KEY REQUIRMENTS
- 10+ years of solid hands-on relevant experience on Wired and Wireless technologies including Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, Optical, DHCP, DNS, Monitoring Tools, CDN, etc.
- Expert level trace analysis skills are a must
- Experience supporting a large and complex network environment, preferably with adequate operational hands-on experience
- Experience in exploring and implementing automation for Proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time.
- Flexible with on call & rotation and shift timing
- Adequate knowledge and experience to support platforms like
