Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical‑Surgical (Med‑Surg)

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Medical‑Surgical units across acute care hospitals in British Columbia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med‑Surg units
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as per protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
✅ Qualifications (British Columbia Standards)
- Active RN license with BCCNM
- Minimum 6 months recent Med‑Surg experience
- Valid BLS certification
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
📅 Position Details
- Contract Duration: September 3rd week - December 31st
- Location: Across British Columbia
- Employment Type: Contract (On-site – Acute Care Hospital)
- Pay Rate: CAD $50– $62 per hour
