We are seeking a temporary Senior Associate to support digital transformation, business modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives across banking, finance, risk, compliance, and human capital management functions. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic technology solutions, improve operational processes, and support enterprise transformation initiatives for financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital transformation, business modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives across banking, finance, risk, compliance, and human capital management functions.
- Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, product, and vendor teams to drive successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Support product delivery efforts, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project governance artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, executive updates, steering committee materials, and project dashboards.
- Leverage knowledge of Generative AI and Conversational AI solutions to support use case development, implementation efforts, and business adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, enhance delivery outcomes, and introduce innovative approaches to technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, proactively communicating status and supporting resolution efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience supporting technology transformation, business transformation, project management, business analysis, or consulting initiatives.
- Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting project governance, reporting, testing, and implementation activities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Insurance.
- Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Regulatory, Operational Risk, or Governance initiatives.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Conversational AI, automation, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
