Title: Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 250 business days with possible extension
Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hr [CAD]
Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior QA Specialist to support healthcare digital modernization initiatives. The role focuses on test automation, regression testing, system/integration testing, and release validation for enterprise applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA strategies.
- Design and maintain Playwright-based automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Perform functional, integration, system, E2E, and regression testing.
- Test web applications, APIs, integrations, and data integrity.
- Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
- Support CI/CD, deployments, smoke testing, and release validation.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare QA documentation, metrics, and status reports.
Must Have:
- 10+ years QA/software testing experience.
- 5+ years test automation experience.
- Strong hands-on Playwright experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test/defect management.
- Enterprise web application, API, and integration testing experience.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- LinkedIn profile included on resume.
Preferred: Healthcare/Public Sector experience, CI/CD, and Azure/cloud testing.
